2 minutes max reps
Shoulder press @ 40%
Rest 1 minute
2 minutes max reps
Push press (use same weight as shoulder press)
Rest 1 minute
2 minutes max reps
Power/split jerk
Rest 1 minute
Then 1 minute max reps for each lift
