Bench press 4x5 @ 75%
*last set do as many reps as possible*

15 minute clock
Death by shoulder taps + push-ups
1st minute - 1 shoulder tap (both shoulder tapped = 1 rep) + 1 push-up
2nd minute - 2 shoulder taps + 2 push-up
**If you no longer make the round, continue as you deem fit and continue to increase by 1 rep each round**
