Shoulder tap / Push-up Complex*
Rest 30 seconds
5 manmakers
10 alternating KB/DB rows
Rest 30 seconds
*Perform 5 shoulder taps each shoulder then 1 push-up. Perform 5 shoulder taps each shoulder then 2 push-ups. Continue this sequence until your 5th push-up then you rest.
