Uneven walking lunges being performed. Such a great exercise. Focuses on grip strength, balance, trunk stabilization, glute and quad development, and mental toughness.

Bench press 3x3 @ 85%

15 minute running clock
Push-up
Burpee
Squat
*Increase by 1 rep each round
**After performing the push-up, stand up then go back down for the burpee
***Following the jump portion of the burpee, you are allowed to drop immediately into the squat
