Squat x20 @ 60%
*Every time you rack the bar or rest 8 SECONDS or greater between reps, you will rack the bar, if not already done, and perform 5 burpees immediately. Once you are done your burpees, you will get under the bar and continue with your set.*

For time (3 minute cap):

Rest 3 minutes
