Despite going 0-3 for the tournament we had a great time with lots of laughs and friendly jawing. Money was raised to help fund the Greater Kingston Atom AAA Hockey Team.

Squat 5x4 @ 80%

Glute bridges 3x10 @ 50%

AMRAP 10 minutes
100m sprint
10 burpees
10 box jumps
10 ball slams
