1x3 @ 80%
1x2 @ 90%

4 rounds (15 minute cap)
20 single leg KB Romanian deadlifts (10 each leg)
20 KB single leg glue bridges (10 each leg)
20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
10 box jumps
