Bench press 1RM then 3x3 @ 80% of 1RM (time permitting)

OR

Bench press 10x10 @ 55-60%

Time permitting:

3 rounds

Push-ups AMAP (as many as possible)

*rest exactly 1 minute between sets*

**the goal is to get at least 1/2 the number of reps as you did the set before**
