WEEK 12 - SATURDAY CONDITIONING

I haven't posted a Saturday workout in a few weeks. Hopefully I will get back on the ball and post them for you. Here is what you have in store for you today:

2 - 3 rounds (time permitting)
500m row
Sprint 20m
30 KB swings
15 burpees
Sprint 20m
Climb over yoke
Sprint 20m
30 tire hits (15 each arm)
Sprint 20m
40m prowler sprint (high handles)
Sprint 20m back to the tire hits
THEN REVERSE THE PROCESS
*YOU DON'T HAVE TO ROW 1000m WHEN YOU GET BACK TO THE ROWER. JUST ROW YOUR 500m AND GET BACK TO THE REST OF THE FUN!*
