What a great cycle you just completed! There were many new maxes attained! Even if you didn't get a new max, you were still successful at percentages at or above 95% which is still considered max effort. We are very proud of each and every one of you. Now it's time to use that new-found strength to build on that solid base. What does the new cycle have in store for you? A lot of the same, fun programming you have already experienced. Not only will this cycle test your physical abilities, it will also test your mental capability too. YOU have all of the tools to turn yourself into a stronger and faster machine. It all starts tomorrow!
