WEEK 1 - DEADLIFT

A lot of people have a problem with letting the bar drift away from their body when deadlifting. When the bar drifts away your mechanics get altered, making the lift harder, and making you more susceptible to injury. You want to keep that bar close. As you can see in the video, Jeff's shorts start being pulled up by the bar. Try and replicate this with your deadlifts.

Deadlift 4x6 @ 60%
