Deadlift (add 10% to current max and base the following percentages off of that number)
2x5 @ 45%
2x4 @ 55%
2x3 @ 65%
1x2 @ 75%

EMOM 8 minutes
Deadlift x3 @ 60% (use training weight as above)

AMRAP 10 minutes
10 single leg KB hip bridges (5 each leg)
15 knees to elbows
20m low handle prowler sprint
