Strength and Conditioning: 06:30, 09:30, 12:30, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00

Powerlifting / Olympic Lifting: 06:30, 13:30 - 20:00

Open Gym: 12:30 - 20:00 * strength and conditioning classes have priority to equipment during class times *

FRIDAY

Strength and Conditioning: 06:30, 09:30, 12:30, 16:00 - 18:00

Powerlifting / Olympic Lifting: 06:30, 13:30, 16:00 - 18:00

SATURDAY

Strength and Conditioning: 10:00
