Squat 3x2-3 @ 90%

For time (12 min cap):

40 squats @ 60%

  1. Every time you pause for a 2-second count, rack the bar and perform 7 Burpees.
  2. If you do not hit depth you will receive a warning. If yo do not hit depth a second time you will rack the bar and perform 7 Burpees.
  3. If you break for longer than 10 seconds you will perform 7 Burpees.
