HYBRID TRAINING

HYBRID TRAINING encompasses several modes of training to aid you in improving overall performance whether it is in your particular sport or general fitness. It takes advantage your body's ability to adapt to different situations quickly so you can perform in an efficient and safe manner thereby reducing risk of injury. This is accomplished by focusing on a combination of strength, speed, agility, flexibility, power, balance, and endurance. We will recognize, and assist in correcting, any dysfunctional movement patterns or muscle imbalances that may contribute to an injury.
